Kettle 2.5.0

Aunque aun no han actualizado la página Web del proyecto Pentaho, Matt Casters ha anunciado en su blog una nueva versión de Kettle. Después de leer el Log de cambios podemos decir que no tiene prácticamente ninguna con la versión 2.5.0 RC1 que apareció hace un mes más o menos.
Sólo confirmar que no incluye soporte para PALO, pero todo parece indicar que seguramente aparecerá en una versión 2.5.1 o posterior.

The PALO “plugin” written by 3-A strategies unfortunately violates the LGPL license. http://www.3a-strategy.com/public_files/kettle/
They created a unsupported binary only fork of the codebase which is not allowed.
We are working with them to resolve the issue. The plugin itself can be binary only as far as I care and can appear at any given time that 3A likes.

Thanks indeed for your comment. As a reader of your Blog and Kettle Forum, I realise what is the problem with 3A “plugin”. I am using kettle 2.4 (now migrating to 2.5) without PALO support and importing PALO data “manually” instead of use 3A binary. I do hope that 3A and you will find a solution for support PALO as the code it seems to be almost developed (I beg your pardon If I am wrong).
Anyway thanks for all the great work that you have done with Kettle and your contribution to the global community.
